Deputy Accountant

Easy Place Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Deputy Accountant to join our finance team. This role is crucial in supporting our accounting operations and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial management.

As a Deputy Accountant at Easy Place Corporindo, you will work closely with the Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, prepare financial reports, and assist in the preparation of tax returns. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Support the Accountant in the preparation of tax returns and financial filings.
• Assist in the reconciliation of bank and cash accounts.
• Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Support the Accountant in audits and internal controls.
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts and cost reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
