📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
• Support the HR team in managing employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Contribute to the development of training programs and workshops for employees.
• Assist in performance management activities, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in the organization of HR events and initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support the overall goals of the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to build a career in this field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
