Seed Space Lestari is looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and development. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in hybrid work settings is a plus.
