📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
  • Identify areas of risk and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management.
  • Conduct audits of financial statements and other key business processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on internal controls and compliance.
  • Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in auditing.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our audit processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing.
  • Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
