📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve store targets.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure efficient stock management.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in store audits and quality assurance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in store management or a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of leading teams and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail management software is a plus.
