Cloud City Pratama is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and maintain operational systems and equipment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.,Collaborate with the team to identify and implement operational improvements.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance operational skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with operational systems and processes.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
