Crown Spot Group is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone who is available to work Monday to Friday, with possible weekend hours depending on store needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the sales process by providing product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Handle customer transactions at the cash register, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.
  • Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Assist in opening and closing the store, including cash handling and inventory checks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Assist in promoting sales and special events to increase customer traffic and sales.
  • Keep up-to-date with store policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
