This role is pivotal in driving sales and revenue growth for our AI and Enterprise Solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in datacenter technology and a proven track record in sales and business development. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the datacenter technology sector.,Provide technical sales support and consultancy to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of our AI and Enterprise Solutions.,Identify new business opportunities and drive them to closure.,Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns.,Manage and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field within the datacenter technology industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of AI and Enterprise Solutions, including their applications and benefits.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and culture is a plus.
