📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans and programs for the hospital, in collaboration with senior leadership.,Conduct regular evaluations of the hospital's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Oversee the development and maintenance of the hospital's budget and financial plans.,Lead and mentor a team of strategic planning and evaluation professionals.,Provide expert advice and guidance on complex healthcare issues and policies.,Represent the hospital at national and international conferences and events.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare, strategic planning, and evaluation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, public health, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning and evaluation, with at least 5 years in a healthcare setting.,Proven track record of successful strategic planning and evaluation projects.,Strong understanding of healthcare systems, policies, and regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as data analysis and visualization tools.,A valid work permit for Indonesia.
