Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the entire steel fabrication process, including material procurement, cutting, bending, welding, and finishing.Ensure that all steel fabrication processes are carried out safely and efficiently, in compliance with industry standards and regulations.Work closely with the engineering and project teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.Monitor and manage the inventory of steel materials and other supplies.Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that all steel components meet the required specifications.Train and mentor junior staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their tasks effectively.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the shipyard's operations run smoothly and efficiently.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the steel fabrication process.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel fabrication, with a proven track record of success.Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, welding, and finishing.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ASME, API, and ISO.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.🛠️ Keahlian
