📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on operational efficiency.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and compliance.,Resolve any operational issues that may arise within the warehouse.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certification in Warehouse Operations or a related field is a plus.
