Star Fast Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Staff to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. We are a growing fast food restaurant chain with a commitment to providing high-quality food and excellent customer service. As an Assistant Kitchen Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to standard recipes and procedures.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.,Assist in stock control and inventory management.,Help with food presentation and plating.,Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.,Participate in regular kitchen inspections and quality control checks.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.,Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods.
