📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials.,Support the Learning and Development team in organizing and conducting training sessions.,Coordinate with various departments to gather training needs and feedback.,Maintain and update training records and databases.,Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials.,Support the Learning and Development team in organizing and conducting training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with learning and development best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Commitment to continuous learning and development.
