Berjaya Technology is looking for a talented Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, assisting in sourcing and screening candidates, and contributing to the development of our talent acquisition strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with social media and online job boards for sourcing candidates.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
