📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track overdue accounts, working closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.
• Conduct phone calls, send letters, and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage and update client information.
• Prepare and present regular reports on collection progress and financial performance to senior management.
• Collaborate with legal and collections departments to handle complex or disputed accounts.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection policies, ensuring all client information is handled securely.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt recovery and collections.
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in all communications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit recovery, collections, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and recovering overdue accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
