Berkah Kirana Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Deputy F&B Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the food and beverage services to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our patients and visitors. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the food and beverage services in the clinic.,Ensure the availability and quality of food and beverages for patients and visitors.,Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen and dining area.,Supervise and train junior staff in food preparation and service.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to F&B services.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of food and beverage items.,Collaborate with the clinic management to plan and execute special events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B service or related field.,Proven track record in managing food and beverage services in a healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with basic food preparation techniques.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
