In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring food safety and quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Ensure food safety and quality,Stock and manage kitchen supplies,Assist in meal planning and menu development,Follow all health and safety regulations,Assist in training new kitchen staff,Participate in kitchen inventory and cost control

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment,Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good communication and teamwork skills,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to follow health and safety regulations
