📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR team in other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Proven track record of success in HR roles.
