Salon Indra Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our dental team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and development, and a commitment to delivering high-quality training experiences. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the dental team.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill team members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Collaborate with the management team to align training programs with the clinic's goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in dental training and development.,Provide feedback and support to team members to help them achieve their professional goals.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Education, Psychology, or a Health-related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus.
