📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.,Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Document system configurations and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in a system administration or IT support role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
