📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers to ensure high-quality output and adherence to brand guidelines.,Create visually compelling designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and website banners.,Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client expectations.,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the company's design strategy.,Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.,Provide creative direction and guidance to the design team, ensuring that all projects align with the company's vision and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of successful projects.,Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including print and digital media.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.,Familiarity with design trends and industry best practices.
