Berjaya Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead HR Officer to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate with management to address HR issues and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Represent the company at HR-related events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Familiarity with insurance industry would be an advantage.
