📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analysis and market research to understand the needs of the organization and the job market.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various positions within the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with suitable candidates.,Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure the team meets its targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and the ability to source and attract candidates from various channels.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
