📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify and attract top talent.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist them throughout the recruitment process.,Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment tools.,Ability to adapt to remote work and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
