📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.,Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.,Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.,Collaborate with the CIB team to drive innovation and improve client connectivity solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a banking or financial services environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and industry best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
