📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the organization,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
