As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the store's cleanliness, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and inquiries,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store,Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor,Handle cash transactions and process returns,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures,Assist with inventory management and restocking,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Ability to perform other duties as assigned
