📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and operate the store, ensuring it is well-stocked and organized,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints,Assist in merchandising and display of products to attract customers,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records,Promote sales and special offers to drive customer traffic and sales,Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the store's overall success

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or a similar role is preferred,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling,Familiarity with surfing and coffee culture is a plus,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and trends,Valid ID and clean criminal record
