📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Admin or similar role in a retail environment.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Proven ability to train and supervise staff effectively.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
