📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant clearance of imported goods.
• Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Monitor and manage customs duties, taxes, and fees to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics operations with business objectives.
• Leverage logistics software like SAP and Oracle to streamline import processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
• Maintain compliance with local and international customs regulations.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on customs and logistics procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs brokerage or import/export operations.
• Proven experience using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in customs brokerage or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
