📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using our in-house inventory management system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Process and manage purchase orders, working closely with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure products are available for customer use and restocking.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of our inventory storage areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our salon clients and team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to ensure our inventory meets the evolving needs of our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with a degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus.
