📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality beans and premium equipment like our espresso machines and milk frothers.
• Maintain and clean all coffee-making equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and provide excellent customer service.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role, preferably in a café or coffee shop environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, drip, and specialty drinks.
• Familiarity with coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
