📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Negotiate and manage contracts with local vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and analyze reports on contract performance and vendor relationships.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of tourism operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or procurement.
• Proficient in using SAP Concur and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Bali's tourism industry and local regulations.
• Certification in contract management or procurement is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
